A highly specialized advisor with over 10 years of international experience in Retail, Ahmad has spent 8 years between Australia & the Middle East where his retail experience has allowed him to consult some of the leading retailers in the region.

Having started in leasing and marketing, Ahmad’s career development has quickly escalated to include a wide range of retail services. His expertise includes adding value thru good design and development practice, leasing strategy formation, leasing negotiations, brand development, marketing, property management and retail delivery management.

Ahmad’s latest project involved him heading the real estate department for a multinational retailer, delivering full property management services for a portfolio of 7 retail centres across the UAE with a circa GLA of over 1 million sq.ft. With a team of 16 specialized staff that included leasing, marketing, property and facilities management, Ahmad’s expertise has been vital in the delivery of two new centres from ground up.

His passion lies in finding sustainable solutions to combat climate conditions impacting retail centres in the Middle East. Recently, he has spent considerable time analyzing both design and operational improvements that reduce dependency on non-renewable energy, whilst at the same time extending the lifespan of his centres.

When he is not working in building and managing malls, Ahmad can be found developing retail concepts alongside his clients. He successfully owns and operates franchises in the Middle East and more recently in Australia. His qualifications and more importantly his passion for marketing and consumer psychology has allowed him to partner with some of the greatest creative minds in the industry and bring leading marketing and branding services to his clients.
